When is the course available?

The course is available anytime because it is online. It is not scheduled. You can start and stop whenever you like.

Can I repeat the course?

Yes. You can go through the course unlimited times.

Can I ask the instructor questions?

Yes. The instructor will answer any questions that you have throughout the course. If you email a question, it will be answered within hours.

How is the online course set up?

Our online courses are PowerPoint presentations with voice-over from the instructor. The instructor goes through the course just like it would be presented in a classroom. The main difference is that it is entirely online, allowing you to stop or start at any time and go at your own pace. Quiz questions are built into each course to help you understand how questions will be presented on the exam.

Can I take the course at my own pace whenever I would like?

Yes. You can take as little or as much of the course as you like at a time, in two minutes or two hours. It is completely up to you. You can take it whenever and wherever you'd like, around your busy schedule.

Does the course include the exam?

No. A student must schedule an exam at the api.org website. Our courses are for exam preparation only.
